I Wanna Learn How to Squirt!

Want to learn how to squirt (or how to make your partner squirt)? First understand the difference between female ejaculation and orgasm.

Question via Tumblr:

I’ve never had a vaginal orgasm, I can only finish by rubbing my clit.. and when I orgasm it’s not a lot of cum. I really wanna learn how to squirt.. Any tips? :)

Studies show that only 30% of women have vaginal orgasms. A majority of women orgasm from clitoral stimulation. So there’s nothing wrong with clit orgasms as long as they feel good!

If by ‘cum’ you mean vaginal lubrication (‘pussy juice’) – that’s completely normal. Some girls get extremely wet, others are more dry. It is related to your hormones, and if you’re on hormonal birth control (pills, shot, Nuvaring) you may have more vaginal dryness.

Squirting is different from how wet your pussy gets, its prostate fluid that squirts out the urethra from g-spot stimulation (though some women can just from clitoral stimulation). Squirting isn’t the same as having an orgasm. Some women squirt while they orgasm, others have their orgasm and squirt separately. That’s what I do now – I orgasm from clitoral stimulation (sometimes with a dick or dildo inside to feel filled up), usually flat on my stomach or back. But I squirt from penetration lying relaxed on my back. Both feel great in different ways.

Two Sex Tips on How to Make a Girl Squirt

Learn two sex tips on how to make a girl squirt: relaxation and communication

Squirting (aka female ejaculation) can be fun, intimate, and downright sexy. According to Sheri Winston, all females are physically capable of learning how to squirt. Its an “advanced” sex skill that most women DO have to learn. Squirting can happen on its own or at the same time as an orgasm. Its an intense experience, both physically and emotionally, and speaking from experience — it will only happen when she’s ready and open to feeling the power of her own sexual energy.

So how do you make it happen?

(1) Make sure she’s relaxed and enjoying herself. She has to be REALLY aroused. Especially if she hasn’t squirted before, she’ll need extended “foreplay” or whatever it is that turns her on.

It doesn’t start with the sex either — all 3 times I’ve squirted have been after my boyfriend and I had an awesome time together earlier in the day, when I felt happy and close to him.

Take your time, don’t rush, and don’t put ANY pressure on her – that has the opposite effect. Whether or not it happens doesn’t matter. What matters is having fun together, and if you have great sex squirting is just an added bonus.

(2) The general technique how to make a girl squirt is to stimulate her g-spot with a finger or toy, making a “come here” motion inside, as if you’re going to pull her along by her pussy.

That being said, every woman likes this sensation in different ways. You’ll often see it very fast and aggressive in porn; some women enjoy this, whereas I prefer it a little slower with a more careful and deliberate movement. Some women like it right on their g-spot, others toward the back or front – it all depends on physiology.

That’s where communication comes in — go at her preferred location, speed, pressure, and intensity. Start on the lighter side; you can always build up harder and faster, but too much too soon can be a turn off.

Most importantly, enjoy yourselves! Guys sometimes have a one-track mind, and while its awesome you want to know how to make a girl squirt, don’t be too goal-oriented. Female ejaculation requires deep physical relaxation and for many women, emotional trust, so keep it fun, playful, and intimate.

Squirting: The First Time

We started with candles, massages, and vanilla massage oil.  I’m a dirty girl, but I still love to be treated like a woman.  We recently learned massage techniques that help to bring me into the present, into my body so I don’t disassociate with anxiety.  It works.  :)

We played for hours… I came while licking my boyfriend’s ass and rubbing my pussy against his foot.  Then he came while we were 69ing.

I hopped on his dick, working it against my g-spot while rubbing my clit.  I used to feel g-spot stimulation was painful and uncomfortable, and its still quite sensitive and very intense.  I played until I got tired (its a lot of work being on top!), and then we switched.  First I lay on my back with my legs above my head, then flat on my stomach and up to doggy style, so his cock was thrusting against my g-spot.

I haven’t ever orgasmed from intercourse, though I enjoy it a lot.  While he was fucking me and I felt my g-spot swelling, I remembered an interview I heard with Tallulah Sulis, producer of Divine Nectar: An Explosive Journey Through the Sacred Feminine.  She says most women have ejaculated at least a few drops but don’t know it, and the basic way to try it is to relax and push out when the penis/finger/dildo/whatever is removed from the vagina.

When he pulled out to come in my mouth, I gave it a whirl… and to my surprise, it worked!  I placed my hand under my pussy to feel if anything came out, and I squirted so much it quickly overflowed from the palm of my hand.  I wasn’t expecting anything – maybe a few drops at most – so I was momentarily concerned it was pee.  I didn’t feel it coming from my bladder, but I stopped the stream just in case.  When my boyfriend was done coming, I licked my hand and sure enough — it wasn’t pee!  It had a very mild flavor, and was almost sweet to taste.  I didn’t have an orgasm, but according to Tallulah, you can squirt with or without coming.

I’ve probably been squirting after sex for years and didn’t realize.  I almost always pee after intercourse, since (a) I felt I had to and (b) its supposed to help stop urinary tract infections.  I never tasted what came out then since I assumed it was pee.

Being present in my body has its rewards.
