Sex Lessons From Oprah?
Most of us have some baggage… myself included! We carry around hurt from lovers past and present, times we’ve been rejected or judged – especially about sex.
Oprah has some great advice:
Forgive, so you can truly live.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean you condone the behavior or, in any way, make a wrong right. It just means you give yourself permission to release from your past — and step forward with the mud of resentment cleared from your wings. Fly!
When you let go of the past, you make room for more fun, love, and pleasure now and in the future.

bearing grudges is generally unhealthy. not only does it negatively affect my judgements, decisions and life but also… MY BLOOD PRESSURE! lol having to deal with certain issues hanging from the back of my head is hard enough and really, the throbbing pain on my nape that follows right after makes it even more terrible. so right after being ruled hypertensive by my cardio, i taught myself to weigh things and let most of my issues go. id like to think im a happier person if not, optimistic after.
